Mr. Shimada graduated from Waseda University (Tokyo, Japan) majoring in B.A. Education in 1984. He also received an MBA degree from Washington University (St. Louis, USA) in 1999. For more than 30 years from 1984, he was engaged mainly in overseas business promotion and alliance management at Chugai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., serving as the International Marketing Manager of Chugai-Rhone-Poulenc SA (Paris, France), the Chief Executive Officer of Chugai Pharma Taiwan Ltd. (Taipei), and the Department Manager of Overseas Business Dept. of the headquarters. He joined EPS Holdings, Inc. in October 2018 and currently serves as a Managing Corporate Officer and a Deputy Senior Manager of Business Planning & Promotion Division.
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director
Mr. Miyano used to engage in trade transactions between Japan-US, Japan-Europe and Japan-Asia for life science-related materials at a trading company. He joined the EPS Group in 2002 and has served as the representative of a life science materials manufacturing company in the Philippines and as the representative director of EPS Ekishin Co., Ltd., which is engaged in business in China.
He has been participating in EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited from the planning stage, and will serve as COO from 2022.
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director
In 1992, Mr. Maezaki joined Mitsubishi Bank (present Mitsubishi UFJ Bank). He has been engaged in corporate finance business in the bank for 30 years until 2022. During this period, he served as a senior manager in Japan Business Development headquarters, Shanghai branch in China and other places, and as a deputy general manager in MUFG Bank (Malaysia).
He joined the EPS Holdings Company in 2022 as the chief manager of the Management Support headquarters. In the same year, he became the CMO of EPS Creative Health Technology Group.
Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Director
Mr. Miyazato majored in genetics at Fudan University in Shanghai and then earned a dual degree in biophysics and biochemistry at the University of Tokyo (Tokyo, Japan).
He started his early career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse (CSFB) and J.P. Morgan, and then joined Nikko (Citigroup) Asset Management as a fund manager, where he created the cross-border arbitrage hedge fund and China-focus pilot fund. He has built a senior management career in Haitong Securities group as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, responsible for investment and overseas business development and he also worked as the chairman of the executive board and the Chief Executive Officer for Haitong Bank where he built his international practice.
Later, he founded Sunrise Oriental Japan LLC which aims at connecting China and Japan, as well as the rest of Asia regarding to the cross-border corporate interactions and had even served as the vice chairman of the OTC Business Committee of the Securities Association of China and the vice chairman of the Shanghai Cross-border Business Committee.
Executive Directors
Mr. Chiu graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1986 majoring in accounting.
Prior to joining EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited, he was the founder of C.T. Chiu & Co., CPA and also worked in a multinational company. has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company, a LR Authorized Representative and a CO Authorized Representative since 30 June 2021. He has over 37 years of experience in overseeing accounting, auditing, corporate finance, merger and acquisition, taxation, and company secretarial business. He is a Hong Kong practicing Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Non-executive Directors
Mr. Kusaba completed a Master’s Degree of Engineering from Kyoto University (Kyoto, Japan) in 2000. Additionally, he received an MBA degree in Financial Strategy from Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan) in 2010.
After joining Mitsubishi Corporation in 2000, he was involved in numerous business development, business investment, and alliances in Japan and overseas, mainly in telecom, IT services, and retail industries. From 2010 to 2015, he served as the Executive Vice President of a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation in the U.S., which offers enterprise IT services, and he was responsible for corporate planning, marketing, and sales.
He joined EPS Holdings, Inc. in 2022 and currently serves as Senior Manager of the company's Investment & Financing Management Office, as well as Corporate Officer of EP-Sogo Co., Ltd., and Deputy Head of Corporate Planning Center of EPNextS, Inc.
Non-executive Directors
Mr. Yan graduated from Wuxi University of Light Industry (now known as Jiangnan University) in 1984.
After graduating, he joined Zhangjiagang Light Industry Company. He established Zhangjiagang Light Industrial Foreign Trade Company in 1992 and served as its General Manager, and he established Zhangjiagang Free Trade ZONE Xielifeng International Trade Co., Ltd. in 1998 and served as its General Manager. He joined the China business of EPS Group (hereinafter, “the Group”) in 2013 and served as the Chairman and the General Manager of ET MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY (SUZHOU) CO., LTD. until 2017, and the Chairman of EPS China Co., Ltd. from 2018 to 2020 and from 2022, overseeing the China business. In addition, since 2021, he has served as the Chairman of Shanghai Huaxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and is responsible for the Group's pharmaceutical manufacturing business in China.

Mr. Choi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, development and corporate lending. He joined Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited as an executive officer in 2000, and since 2010 he has been CEO of the company. Since 2021, he has been an independent director of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited.

Mr. Chan graduated from the Faculty of Business Administration, the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1989. He took a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Manchester in 2003. In the same year, he became a member of the Association of Hong Kong Accountants. For the next 20 years, he served as executive director, financial director, and secretary for a number of listed companies.
In November 2001, he became an independent external director of Eagle Nice (International) Holdings Limited, an executive director of PINE Technology Holdings Limited in June 2017, an independent external director of Wai Chun Mining Industry Group in November 2020, and a company secretary of PINE Technology Holdings Limited in July 2017. Since 2021, he has been an independent director of EPS Creative Health Technology Group Limited.

Mr. Saito graduated from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Chiba University (Chiba, Japan) in 1984, completed his Master's Degree there in 1986, and joined a domestic pharmaceutical company. He was engaged in formulation research and development (antihypertensive drugs and anticancer drugs in Japan and Asia).
He was appointed Executive Officer in the Development Division in 2019, became a General Manager of the Medical Affairs Division in 2020, and is currently a part-time advisor.
He was appointed the chairman of the ICH (International Council for Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Pharmaceuticals for Human Use) Steering Committee of Japan Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association in 2012 (currently a vice-chairman), Chairman of the Japan Advisory Committee of the Drug Information Association in 2019 (currently an advisor), and member of the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development in 2019 (Continued).
He obtained a doctorate (pharmacy) in 2009, certified Medical Management Specialist (3rd grade) and Japan Master of Health Literacy / Certified Health Literacy Communicator in 2023.

Mr. Taniguchi graduated from Nagoya University with a bachelor's degree in 1982 and joined Hitachi, Ltd.
He has over 40 years of experience in international and global business, 30 years in information technology and over 10 years in the healthcare industry.
Mr. Taniguchi has served as General Manager of Information Technologies Div. in both China and Europe and most recently served as President and CEO of Hitachi Healthcare Americas, and as a special appointed officer in the president's office of Fujifilm Healthcare.
He is currently engaged in the development of the ``Super Degree Programs'' at Nagoya University as a committee member and an invited faculty member.
